Andre 3000 – All Together Now (Beatles Cover)

Nike Basketball recently worked with Outkast’s Andre 3000 on a song that was used as the background music of a Kobe Bryant commercial and now the Atlanta native has liberated a full version of the song entitled, “All Together Now”, which is actually a cover of the classic Beatles song. Check it out on itunes or HERE

Garbstore by G-SHOCK GA-100 Watch Preview

I've had my G-Shock for a couple of months now and it really is a great watch. I've gone Kayaking and swam down a river in it. I've swam in the Pacific Ocean with it and worked as a PA and its still ticking like it was fresh out of the packaging. Casio is teaming up with British label, Garbstore, on this sexy black GA-100 G-Shock. The clean and minimalistic design of the watch reflects the theme of Garbstore’s upcoming 2011 Spring/Summer collection. The watch also features a checkered design on the strap as well as white clock hands. Look for this watch to release sometime early next year. I think this collaboration is pretty fresh...I am def watch obsessed now.

PROFILE: Black Thought & ?uestlove

Black Thought and ?uestlove have an in depth interview after The Roots dropped their album this week.   We find out Ahmir and Tarik's daily routine, favorite foods, the last movie they've seen and a whole load of other random questions. This definitely isn't your typical interview and I especially like how they aren't interviewed at the same time but how ?uestlove backs up certain answers of Black Thought's: like the home town hero one. Check it out...

J. Cole – Who Dat

J.Cole, will be releasing his debut album in the months ahead and as a prelude to the album the North Carolina rapper has just released a video for his first official single, “Who Dat”. Having been featured on a number of studio albums already including Jay-Z’s The Blueprint 3 and Wale’s Attention Deficit, J. Cole is ready to shine on his own.  I worked on a single shot steady cam music video last week and since than I've been looking at a lot of single shot videos.  I must say that from start to finish I am pretty impressed with this one.  The Director BBGUN also made Asher Roth's Muddy Swim Trunks single shot steady cam video which I loved.    The explosions spreading the gasoline on the ground and the marching band are nice touches in this one...check it out.
