Fans Steal Leonardo DiCaprio’s Sneakers

Leonardo DiCaprio's Nike Dunks were taken from him in Kyoto, Japan. According to NY Post, DiCaprio was visiting a hilltop shrine in Kyoto last week when asked by fans to pose for a picture. Leo declined by pointing to a sign prohibiting photography on the premises. The fans waited until he took off his Nike Dunks to enter the temple and then stole his sneakers. The shady fans left DiCaprio barefoot. That’s the word folks! No info on what kind of Dunks Leo was rocking. If I was famous and someone stole some of my Kicks i'd be pissed! Thats just so uncool...

Song of the Day : Jay-Z D.O.A (Death of Autotune)

This was already a dope song. But the video just made it even better. The shots of him chillin on the roof top with the Brooklyn Bridge are sick. Not to mention he gets Harvey Keitel and Lebron James to be in the video! Just all around badasses...

This is anti-autotune, death of the ringtone
This ain’t for Itunes, this ain’t for sing-along
This is Sinatra at the opera, bring a blonde
Preferably with a fat ass who can sing a song
Wrong, this ain’t politically correct
This might offend my political connects

Michael Jackson: Hit Overview

So I thought I had said my peace about Michael Jackson but I was wrong. You just don't realize how important he was to music. He has been a performer and an artist for every decade of his life. He touched so many generations from our parents to us to the kids younger. I can't believe he is dead. But at the same time it is strange to hear all these people talk about how much they love him when you never heard them talk about him before. He def has not been the Michael that our parents and we grew up with. He had become strange in his later years, but he was always the "King of Pop". So I guess you could make fun of him if you want. But his body of work speaks for itself. You cannot listen to his music and not feel something. I'd say most of the time I just feel happy like I want to dance when I listen to him. About 6 months ago I had downloaded the essential michael jackson 2 disc album, and rocked out to it for awhile. I really can't believe he is gone.

From a little child he was the man. He had an amazing voice and the moves to boot. This is such a great song just hits your heart in the right spots.

Don't Stop Till You Get Enough is probably one of the most uplifting get pumped songs. It makes me want to dance everytime. It came as his first solo work on his album Off The Wall produced by the legendary Quincy Jones and was an instant hit.

You got to love Chris Tuckers version of it. Makes me laugh everytime. Such a great scene in a great movie.

A picture of me dancing to Don't Stop Till You Get Enough at Halloween part 1. Till this day it is the best dance party we've had at The House On Haunted Hill and in my opinion the best party we've had all together. I mean when you look around you and everyone is getting down I mean getting down to some Michael Jackson you know it's a party!

If you do not own the Thriller album I suggest that you get it some how. It is a true masterpiece and is the number one selling album of all time for a reason.

Alright so this video use to scare the shit out of me when I was growing up. And if you know me you know that I still hate zombies! But there is really only one word for this video EPIC!

This was the first real African American music video on MTV. It is a total masterpiece. I mean videos try to be as cool as this shit is and they rarely are. Mike just looks like a bad ass the whole video. Crazy dance moves and very cool editing in the whole video. The light up street come on.

This song right here I didn't find till years after I had grown up with the Thriller album. But damn if it is not one of my favorites off of it. It really just makes me feel so happy and just like I want to dance. I mean the song is just so damn funk, oh and you know I got that PYT now!

Last but not least a song from the 90's! I don't know if anyone else remembers this song but I use to rock out to this all the time when I was a kid at the age of 5 and 6. The way he sings the chorus is just amazing. And once again another epic video with Eddie Murphy and Magic Johnson.

Shaq Attack Joins The Cavs!

Shaq just joined Lebron and the Cavs! Man I hope this means a ring for Lebron! I mean from these dance moves alone you know they got chemistry....

The Beatles Rock Band Intro

So this looks like a badass video game I am not one of those crazy Beatles fans but i'd totally play this.

Nas & Damian "Jr Gong" Marley: Distant Relatives Album Preview

This is going to be dope! I am pretty damn excited about this album. I can tell from the preview that it is def going to be one of the best albums to drop in awhile. Both their sounds mesh so well I can't believe how good it sounds.

NAS & DAMIAN "JR GONG" MARLEY DISTANT RELATIVES preview from nabil elderkin on Vimeo.

Michael Jackson: August 29, 1958 – June 25, 2009

A true Icon passed away today at the age of 50. If you were like me and many others Michael Jackson played a big part in your life growing up. I know everyone remembers his song from Free Willy! He was amazing performer. He captured our hearts with his voice and unbelievable dance moves. I have always loved his music from the Jackson 5 and "ABC" & "I Want You Back" to his solo work with songs like "Thriller", "Rock With You", "Billy Jean", "Beat It", and many more. His album Thriller sold 751 million copies and made 4.4 billion dollars. It is the best selling record of all time and his album Dangerous is the 2nd best selling album of all time. He truly was the King Of Pop.

The Crazy part was I just made this song my ringtone like two weeks ago. It is one of his best. Plus the video is cool. He always had awesome videos.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen

Transformers 2 was the shit! I'd def say go see it in the theaters well worth it. I saw it on Imax and it was crazy! Its a classic Michael Bay experience lots big action and sound. A Summer Sequel BlockBuster to say the least.

Common Old School Interview On Video LP

Cool old school interview with Common. Its crazy to see how far hip-hop has gone in the past 10 years and how far Common has too. He has been making records since 1992 and has 8 under his belt. Not to mention he acts in Hollywood Blockbusters and soon has his first lead role opposite Queen Latifah in the sports romancer "Just Wright". He has come along way but throughout all the years he has stuck to his message of being yourself and having respect for those who came before you.

Nike SB Dunk High Mr. Pacman

These shoes are sick i've been looking to get a pair of Nikes that have a heavily blue colorway. Earlier this year, the Ms. Pacman Nike SB Dunk Low was released, and we now have a look at a Dunk SB High inspired by the aforementioned character’s male counterpart. Mr. Pacman from the classic arcade game was the root of the inspiration behind this pair, which features a navy blue upper with bright blue, yellow, orange, black, and white accents. Overall, this pair yields a bright and vivid colorway that is reminiscent of some of the older Dunks from the Nike SB collection. Unfortunately, there is no information regarding a release date, so be sure to stay tuned for updates.

Sandra Bullock!

So for the past couple of weeks i've been working on Sandra Bullock's new movie The Blind Side. There have been times when she has been literally a foot away from me and let me just say that she is one spicy number for a 45 year old woman. You can't even tell how old she is I had to look up her age online. To be honest I really didn't believe she was as old as she is its quite unbelievable. Oh the things id do....

Doing the classic sideways point one of my favorite poses...E does a great sideways point by the way.

The Evolution of The Phone

So recently i've been having some bad luck with phones it always happens to me about once a year it seems like. I took my phone out of my pocket about two weeks ago and the screen looked like a blur of ink. The lady at the store said it was pressure since there was no actual cracks warranty up. So I am having to use my old phone sucks so bad texting is a bitch on it and its big and the battery dies so quick. I go to bed lat nite thinking everything is all good. wake up its been siting in a cup ring of water on my nite stand and won't work. GREAT! So I am drying it out hopefully it'll work again.

Here is a russian doll style cardboard model representing how mobile technology has miniaturised rapidly since the 1980's. By Kyle Bean. This is pretty cool and unbelievable if you think about it since it has all happened in less than 30 years! Crazy!

Song of the Day : Kanye West "Can't Tell Me Nothing"

I've had this song stuck in my head for the past couple of weeks. Since me and T Ray were hitting up the A Capella version in the stands of the blind side. It is such a bad ass song just makes me feel like telling everyone to shut the fuck up you know type attitude vintage Yay.

Let up the suicide doors.
This is my life homey, you decide yours.
I know Jesus died for us,
But I couldn't tell you who decide wars.
So I parallel double parked that motherfucker sideways
Old folks talking bout back in my day
But homey this is my day.
Class started 2 hours ago, oh am I late?
You know I already graduated
And you can live through anything if Magic made it.

La,la,la,la wait till I get my money right
la, la, la, la then you cant tell me nothing right
Excuse Me, is you saying something?
Uh, uh, you can't tell me nothing
(Haha) you cant tell me nothing
Uh, uh, you cant tell me nothing

So if the devil wear Prada,
Adam Eve wear Nada,
I'm in between, but way more fresher.
But way less effort, cause when you try hard,
That's when you die hard.
Ya homies looking like "Why God?"
When they reminisce over you, my god.

So if you saw The Hangover than you know Zach Galifianakis is a funny mother fucker. I remember Luke showing me this video when The Graduation dropped so damn funny and just as good as Yay's version.

Nike Vandal High LE - Black / White - Elephant

These are fresh I want a pair. I'd totally take that strap off of it though. The Nike Vandal originally released around 1984, and the idea of having straps on a sneaker have become more and more popular since then. This Vandal High LE hosts a black upper accented by elephant print on the rear, as well as white accents seen on the mid-sole and strap. To contrast the overall simple colorway, Nike has incorporated various materials, including mesh, leather, and textured leather, into this pair. The Black/White Nike Vandal High LE is now available for pre-order on the ‘Bay, and will be hitting Nike retailers next month.

It Might Get Loud

This movie looks great these are three of the most badass guitar players in the world. I am glad that the edge is finally getting some credit he is an amazing guitar player and one of the most innovative. I want to see it pretty bad.

Rarely can a film penetrate the glamorous surface of rock legends. It Might Get Loud tells the
personal stories, in their own words, of three generations of electric guitar virtuosos – The Edge(U2), Jimmy Page (Led Zeppelin), and Jack White (The White Stripes). It reveals how each
developed his unique sound and style of playing favorite instruments, guitars both found and
invented. Concentrating on the artist’s musical rebellion, traveling with him to influential locations, provoking rare discussion as to how and why he writes and plays, this film lets you witness intimate moments and hear new music from each artist. The movie revolves around a day when Jimmy Page, Jack White, and The Edge first met and sat down together to share their stories, teach and play.

Shutter Island

Check out the Trailer HERE
I am not into scary movies at all. But this is just the right mix to get me to go see one. A badass cast including: Leonardo DiCaprio, Mark Ruffalo, Ben Kingsley, Michelle Williams, Patricia Clarkson, and Max von Sydowwith, with an amazing legend of a director Martin Scorsese. “Shutter Island” is the story of two U.S. marshals, Teddy Daniels (Leonardo DiCaprio) and Chuck Aule (Mark Ruffalo), who are summoned to a remote and barren island off the coast of Massachusetts to investigate the mysterious disappearance of a murderess from the island’s fortress-like hospital for the criminally insane. This shit looks so scary and just like a great movie.

The Road

Check out the Trailer HERE
E's parents got me this book for Chrismukkah I have yet to read it but the movie is about to come out so I guess I can just go see it. The Road is based on Cormac McCarthy’s best-selling and Pulitzer Prize winning novel, “The Road” is the epic post-apocalyptic tale of a journey taken by a father and his young son across a barren landscape that was blasted by an unnamed cataclysm that destroyed civilization and most life on earth. The Cast includes: Viggo Mortensen, Robert Duvall, Kodi Smith-McPhee, Garret Dillahunt, Charlize Theron, and Guy Pearce.
