Deluxe Hats

Gearing up for the warmer climates ahead is Japanese brand Deluxe interpreting American casual wear in their own style. First drops for the Summer season are these hats. Los Santos is the name given to the panama hat and it is manufactured in Ecuador using real panama. Straw is commonly used for this style of hat and the burn mark inside the hat signifies its panama authenticity. Two basic colorways are available in black and beige which would compliment many styles.

Amazing Video
I really don't even know what this is for. It say Philips Carousel Commercial. But at any rate check it out cause it is badass...

Harry Potter and The Half-Blood Prince

In theaters: July 15, 2009
Check out the trailer HERE
Voldemort is tightening his grip on both the Muggle and wizarding worlds and Hogwarts is no longer the safe haven it once was. Harry suspects that dangers may even lie within the castle, but Dumbledore is more intent upon preparing him for the final battle that he knows is fast approaching. Together they work to find the key to unlock Voldemort’s defenses and, to this end, Dumbledore recruits his old friend and colleague, the well-connected and unsuspecting bon vivant Professor Horace Slughorn, whom he believes holds crucial information. Meanwhile, the students are under attack from a very different adversary as teenage hormones rage across the ramparts. Harry finds himself more and more drawn to Ginny, but so is Dean Thomas. And Lavender Brown has decided that Ron is the one for her, only she hadn’t counted on Romilda Vane’s chocolates! And then there’s Hermione, simmering with jealously but determined not to show her feelings. As romance blossoms, one student remains aloof. He is determined to make his mark, albeit a dark one. Love is in the air, but tragedy lies ahead and Hogwarts may never be the same again.

just to pop shit
with this group I came with
we on some rock n roll shit
psychedelic paragraphs
i might be thinking to fast

So in a perfect world i'd have lots of money and time and be able to jet set all over and do as I please. And in this perfect world I would be in California this weekend right now as we speak at the COACHELLA MUSIC FESTIVAL! Check out a lil of Dr. Dog at Mojave 4:05-4:35.

THURSDAY!
Song of the Day: Daft Punk "One More Time"
So for the past couple of days i've been listening to Daft Punk! They are so good, I Know it sounds a lot like club music you'd listen to while rollin' but it's just good old fashioned have a great time music. I am sure everyone has heard this song and just not known it's them so check it out...I wish I had some turntables cause I would mix the shit out of this and some hip-hop tonite at the party get people up and dancing!
Asher Roth & UUNERCRWN

Once again another rapper is teaming up with UNDRCRWN to make a line of clothing. A little over a month ago, official news broke announcing a collaboration between UNDRCRWN and Asher Roth that was incorporated into UNDRCRWN’s Spring 2009 collection. Thanks to this project’s reception by both UNDRCRWN patrons and Asher Roth fans, the brand decided to add a second part to the callabo in the form of a handful of t-shirts featuring UNDRCRWN branding and Asher Roth images.
Citing Roth’s massive hit, “I Love College” and the movie Animal House as inspiration, UNDRCRWN has incorporated images of what you might see left over after a party such as beer cans, undergarments and a beer keg into the shirts’ graphics. The writing on the tees incorporate the same style of font that you may remember from the cover of National Lampoon’s Animal House. All the t-shirts from this part of the collaboration will be available on April 20th (4/20, most likely meant to make one think of something other than the 3rd Monday in April), which is also the same day Asher’s album is set to drop.

The Hurt Locker

In theaters: June 26, 2009
Check out the trailer HERE.
The Hurt Locker, winner of the 2008 Venice Film Festival SIGNIS Grand Prize, is a riveting and suspenseful portrait of the elite members of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) squad, soldiers who volunteer to challenge the odds and save lives in one of the world’s most dangerous jobs. Three EOD members battle insurgents and each other as they seek out and disarm deadly bombs in a thrilling race against time. A heart-pounding, edge-of-your-seat look at the effects of combat and danger on the human psyche, The Hurt Locker, meaning a place of ultimate pain, is based on the first-hand observations of journalist and screenwriter Mark Boal, who was embedded with a special bomb unit in Iraq. It is a gripping portrayal of real-life sacrifice and heroism and a layered, probing study of the soul-numbing rigors and potent allure of the modern battlefield.

Song of the Day: Bloc Party "Banquet"
Once again I was listening to some old cd's on the way to school today and I put in my mix cd with Bloc Party on it...This is a great song by a pretty damn good band. Awesome high-hat work by the drummer, it's a pretty complex beat in general.
Converse Chuck Taylor: Black Leather

One of the oldest, if not oldest silhouette’s in the game will soon be available in black leather. The Chuck Taylor/All Star has proven itself to be the people’s champ and the Converse go-to shoe. The signature canvas dressing will take the backseat to premium leather this time around. If you keep the white fresh then this pair of chucks could last you for a long time. I've had my regular canvas pair for 5 years and they have finally ripped at the bottom seam. But leather that ish lasts forever i mean it's cow skin...

Hollywood E "In My Air Yeezy's"

You knew it was only a matter of time until someone made a song about Air Yeezy’s. Young Jeezy even added Air Yeezy’s to his classic track Air Force’s in the video TSG shot of him giving away Yeezy’s in ATL. Hollywood E made his very own track entitled In My Air Yeezy’s.
Listen/Download it HERE.

Song of the Day: Desmond Dekker "The Israelites"
So I put in an old mix cd I had in my car and this was the first song on it. It is a great reggae funky song.
I don't want to end up like Bonnie and Clyde.
Poor me, the Israelite. Aah.
After a storm there must be a calm.
They catch me in the farm. You sound the alarm.
Poor me, the Israelite. Aah.
Poor me, the Israelite. Aah.

They catch me in the farm. You sound the alarm.

Nike RT1 - Neutral Grey / Green Mist / Cool Grey

So I saw this shoe for the first time in person this weekend in lil five at the wish store. It was the black colorway which has already dropped. I was really surprised at how lite they were. For an Air Yeezy type look without the outrageous prices. The new sneaker gets a bit more style with a neutral grey/green mist/cool grey color scheme as opposed to the first release consisting of a solid black upper and varsity red highlights. This pair is composed of a neutral grey base with a touch of cool grey and green mist accents. The look is completed with safari print at the back heel for a nice finishing detail. This RT1 is scheduled to drop next month. If I am going to cop a pair it will be this colorway or no way.

Simpsons Stamps

I use to love the Simpsons and if you didn't then I hope you don't watch family guy or southpark or any other cartoon like that because without the Simpsons you wouldn't have the others. The United States Postal Service(USPS) is letting you pre-order the Simpsons stamps now. They are pretty cool, but I don't use the stamps that often. I guess they are more of a collectors item anyways. This Simpsons stamps set includes the five members of the Simpsons family: Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, and Maggie. For the Simpsons fans! The 44-cent standard Mail stamps will be realeased on May 7, 2009.
Song of the Day: Creedence Clearwater Revival "Who'll Stop The Rain"
So I know that it's spring time which means it rains alot and that we need it to. The old April Showers bring May flowers. But I mean I just want it to be nice and sunny out...

Song of the Day: The Dream feat. Kanye West "Walking On The Moon"
If you haven't heard or checked out any of The Dreams new album Love vs Money then you need to. It is sick and he is from the A so you know it has to be good. This is a great song give it a listen to.
