So this is one of the best songs ever written in my opinion. Outkast are the truth and if you are from the "A" you better rep them everyday. Andre & Big Boi are a match that can never be beat. Sick video I love the intro...

Asher Roth
At first I wasn't too impressed with Asher Roth, but after watching this interview he has gained my respect as an artist and a person. I like how he explains that if he actually had stayed in college for 4 years than the song would've been changed to I hate college. Check it out he sounds like a pretty cool dude.

Nike Eugene Backpack

If you only have one bag in your life, make it the Eugene backpack. This has got to be the most colorful, freshest backpack Nike has put out. The Nike SB Eugene Backpack is named for Eugene, Oregon; as you may know Eugene is the spiritual home of Nike where track coach Bill Bowerman co-founded the company and had his star distance runner, the late great Steve Prefontaine test the innovative products. 30 years later Nike’s Skateboarding division has released the colorful Eugene Backpack in a ‘Buzz Lightyear’ colorway. Built for the adventurist. Oversized main compartment with pop-top entry as well as front and side entry options or easy access to your gear. Side entry, padded laptop compartment. Many other pockets and compartments to store just about all of your personal belongings. Several cinches and straps to keep your gear secure. Heavy duty waist harness to ease the pressure on your back for the heaviest of loads. Also available in black. Priced at $149.99.

The Human Turntable
I had a dream last night about scratching...and as many of you may know I like to beatbox and I try to do a lil human turntable action but nothing can compare to Scratch the former dj for The Legendary Roots. He does it all with his mouth it's insane! His debut album The Embodiment of Instrumentation is in stores now check out more HERE.
Nike Zoom Kobe IV Chaos "Joker"
I hate Kobe but these shoes are sick. I mean just check out this colorway...The Chaos or “Joker” edition of the Nike Zoom Kobe IV features inspiration from the latest Batman Movie, The Dark Knight, which included an amazing performance by the late Heath Ledger as The Joker. The best part of this special edition Kobe IV shoe is the silk fabric that is wrapped around the toe box and featured on the shoe’s tongue. Word is that these are limited to 240 pairs worldwide so make sure you act fast as they will surely sell out. If you can find a pair it's probably going to run you around $400.00 bucks.

Oh March
It's almost over but it's been a great month so far and doesn't it look so good with my girl Natalie next to it...
Song of The Day: The Roots "The Next Movement"
One of the greatest hip hop songs of all time. By The Legendary Roots Crew.
I tilt my crown, then blow down a dime a kiss
You need to buy a CD and stop rewindin this
I'm the finalist, shinin like a rugged amethyst
And at your music conference, I'm the panelist
Listen close to my poetry, I examine this
like an analyst, to see if you can handle this
Check it out
You, got the groove, emcees

unless you dealin with The Next Movement
The P-Phi-D we be the mon-u-ment
I live my life nice, but I'm not choopid
You theatrical as a Broadway play, this ain't Rent
One hundred percent, straight out the Basement
Spreading this across a planet on some next shit
How many people feelin this love music? C'mon

10.Deep Spring 2009 Collection Lookbook
This ish is fresh to death I want to cop alot of it.

For Brooklyn-base label 10.Deep, it is a dial-back in time when the current urban fashion really took root (and coincidentally the last time U.S. went through economic recession) Titled Nineteen Ninety-Now!, the lookbook tells the commotions behind a faux yearbook in borrowed school gym. Featuring preppy cardigans, button-up shirts intermingled with steet-styling of hoodies and vibrant graphic tees. Look for the first delivery of Spring 2009 - Nineteen Ninety-Now! Collection in stores starting tomorrow.
Check out the entire collection HERE.

Boy meets girl. Boy falls in love. Girl doesn’t. This post modern love story is never what we expect it to be — it’s thorny yet exhilarating, funny and sad, a twisted journey of highs and lows that doesn’t quite go where we think it will. When Tom, a hapless greeting card copywriter and hopeless romantic, is blindsided after his girlfriend Summer dumps him, he shifts back and forth through various periods of their 500 days “together” to try to figure out where things went wrong. His reflections ultimately lead him to finally rediscover his true passions in life.

MOVNAT
So after seeing Watchmen it made me think how do these people(stuntmen) run, jump, climb and do all these awesome actions in a real world environment. I personally work out but I really only lift weights and it made me want to do some kind of training that would help me be able to do actions like in the movie.
How well do I want to perform in real-world situations that involve movement and action? This simple question might profoundly transform your perspective of what it means to be “in shape”.
Modern lifestyle has made natural movement skills become optional.
So why run? Why jump? Why climb? Why lift? Why…walk?
Because we believe that even a highly civilized world holds a multitude of situations where our evolutionary capacities remain indispensable.
Not only they are still useful in a potentially vital manner, but any specialized approach would inevitably lead to failure.
MovNat training emphasizes the body’s natural ability to move in an adaptive manner, i.e. in relation to a situation or context. Consequently, the movements trained can always be linked to a practical application that justifies them.
The situational philosophy of MovNat training is designed to expand your comfort zone in performing daily-life tasks as well as building your preparedness and situational intelligence in dealing with more challenging circumstances that could arise unexpectedly. It is an orientation that is simple, direct, practical and unspecialized.
MovNat trains you to become a well-rounded natural athlete, ready for a wide range of practical actions in various kinds of situations.
After having this conversation with my brother he showed me this badass style of training called MOVNAT. I am sure everyone has seen or heard of urban gymnastics, well this is the originator.

Mos Def Collection By UNDRCRWN
on Vimeo.
As you can tell from this vimeo clip, a remix of Gucci Mane’s “Brooklyn (We Go Hard)” isn’t the only thing Mos Def is applying his signature style to. UNDRCRWN, the Brand for Champions, announces their partnership with legendary MC and Actor, Mos Def. The two-series collection consists of flavorful assortment of tees, jackets and headwear that match the character of the artist himself.
Dustin Canalin, creative director explains, “We took Mos Def’s DNA and applied it to ours. Many of the items incorporate the colors and cover print from the 2004 Dead Prez album Revolutionary But Gangsta, but also include personalization from Mos Def’s own life… A lot of it is just playing around with the unexpected, and saying, ‘People always do this, let’s go a completely different route.”
The first installment of the “Mos Def Collection” drops March 18th, 2009 and will be sold on UNDRCRWN.com and select UC retailers nationwide.

Funny People
Funny People
July 31st 2009...My Birthday!
Check out the trailer HERE.

Over the past few years, writer/director Judd Apatow (The 40-Year-Old Virgin, Knocked Up) has shown that nothing—not even losing your virginity or the miracle of childbirth—is sacred. About his third film behind the camera, he says, “I’m trying to make a very serious movie that is twice as funny as my other movies. Wish me luck!” Apatow directs Adam Sandler, Seth Rogen and Leslie Mann in Funny People, the story of a famous comedian who has a near-death experience. Adam Sandler, Eric Bana, Jason Schwartzman, RZA and newcomer Aubrey Plaza join a cast that reunites Judd Apatow with Seth Rogen, Leslie Mann and Jonah Hill in their third comedy together.
