Today marks the 8th year since the attacks on America took place September 11th 2001. It is hard for me to hear that date or just 9/11 and not think about that day and the tragedy that all of America felt. It is also strange how we remember what it felt like and at the same time don't. All too soon do we forget about the actions that took place on that day by so many brave men and women. My thoughts and heart go out to all the families that lost someone and all the men and women who still serve are country fighting fires and rescuing people everyday. I know many firefighters don't want to be seen as heroes but, you truly are the real heroes not the professional athletes are the famous rock stars. God Bless You All and God Bless America.
